Information we collect
When you prepare a consultation enquiry, the website places your project details into a draft in your email app. The website does not send this draft itself. When you choose to send the email, we receive the name, email address, telephone number if provided, location, project type and details that you include.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss work and provide quotations. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
How it is handled
Enquiries are sent to our business email account. We do not sell your information. Your details may be processed by our hosting and email providers to deliver the service. We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, business records and applicable legal requirements.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above. You may also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
